ARCBIZ privacy practices and data handling.

Who we are
ARCBIZ is an accounting and personal money-management application developed and operated by Velorian Corporation ("ARCBIZ," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, protected, retained, and deleted when you create an account or use ARCBIZ.
Information you provide
We process information you provide to operate ARCBIZ, including your email address, display name, account type, account preferences, and information you enter into Personal or Business workspaces. Financial and accounting information may include accounts, balances, transactions, income, expenses, transfers, categories, notes, budgets, schedules, reports, and related records. Business features may additionally process customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payroll records, tax-related fields, business contact information, and other business accounting data.
Authentication information
Authentication is provided through our authentication service. Password credentials are handled by the authentication system and are not displayed to other ARCBIZ users or stored by the ARCBIZ client as readable passwords. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and device access.
Optional files and device access
ARCBIZ requests device permissions only when a feature needs them. For example, a Business user who chooses to add a business logo may select an image from the device photo library. The selected file may be uploaded to protected application storage for use in ARCBIZ. Declining an optional permission may prevent the related optional feature from working but should not prevent unrelated features from being used.
Device, technical, and local information
Some preferences and operational information may be stored locally on your device, including appearance settings, notification preferences, and temporary retry or duplicate-prevention identifiers. Our service providers may also process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, request and event timestamps, device or application information, authentication events, error information, and security logs. Local preferences do not replace authoritative server-side accounting records.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure ARCBIZ; authenticate users; maintain Personal and Business workspace separation; perform requested accounting and money-management operations; enforce package entitlements; create budgets, schedules, reports, and PDFs; provide reminders and notifications; prevent duplicate or unauthorized operations; provide backup, recovery, support, and account-deletion functions; investigate errors, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and maintain service and accounting integrity.
Service providers and disclosures
ARCBIZ currently relies on Supabase for services including authentication, database hosting, protected server functions, and file storage. Service providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support their services and are subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Velorian Corporation, the service, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal harm. We do not disclose financial records to other ARCBIZ users unless a feature expressly initiated by you requires such sharing.
Advertising and tracking
ARCBIZ Starter is designed to be supported by advertising, while Starter Ad-Free, Basic, and Pro are designed to be ad-free. At the effective date of this policy, the application does not contain a third-party advertising SDK or cross-app advertising tracking. Advertising must not be enabled until the applicable provider, data practices, consent requirements, platform disclosures, and this Privacy Policy have been updated as required. Velorian Corporation does not sell ARCBIZ users’ personal or financial information. We do not use financial or accounting content for cross-app behavioral advertising.
Payments and subscriptions
When paid ARCBIZ subscriptions are purchased through an app marketplace, payment credentials and marketplace billing transactions are processed by the applicable marketplace rather than stored as full payment-card credentials by ARCBIZ. ARCBIZ may receive subscription status, product, entitlement, transaction, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and similar purchase information needed to provide and manage paid features. Marketplace providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
Security and user isolation
ARCBIZ uses safeguards intended to protect user information and accounting integrity, including authenticated access, server-side authorization, row-level security, protected accounting operations, and user/workspace isolation. Security-sensitive accounting rules are not entrusted only to the Flutter client. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their credentials, devices, and exported reports.
International processing
ARCBIZ may use service providers and infrastructure located in the United States or other countries. As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a particular transfer mechanism or additional protection, Velorian Corporation will implement the required measure before offering the affected processing in that jurisdiction.
Reset Book and 30-day recovery
Reset Book is different from deleting your ARCBIZ account. When an eligible Personal Book is reset, ARCBIZ creates a protected recovery snapshot so the previous Personal Book can be recovered for up to 30 days. The ARCBIZ login account remains active. After the recovery period, the snapshot may be permanently removed according to the protected recovery process.
Account deletion
Delete Account is intended to permanently delete the ARCBIZ authentication account and applicable associated ARCBIZ data, including applicable Personal accounting data and protected Reset Book recovery snapshots. Delete Account does not create a 30-day recovery snapshot. Some limited information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights. Deleting an ARCBIZ account does not by itself cancel an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, Google, or another marketplace; users must manage marketplace billing through the applicable marketplace.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ARCBIZ and for legitimate security, integrity, backup/recovery, support, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Different categories may have different retention periods. Reset Book recovery snapshots are designed for a recovery period of up to 30 days. When Delete Account is completed, applicable account data is removed through the protected deletion process subject to limited retention required or permitted by applicable law. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until overwritten or securely expired.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can update certain account settings, manage optional device permissions through your device, manage notification preferences, use Reset Book where available, and request permanent account deletion through Delete Account. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. Requests will be handled subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against a user for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
Children
ARCBIZ is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for a child who cannot legally consent to the service under applicable law. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ARCBIZ features, service providers, laws, or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The current version will remain available inside ARCBIZ and will be published on the official ARCBIZ website before public release.
