Account access
For login or password problems, use the available login and password-recovery options. Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or other authentication secrets in a support request.
Account deletion
Personal and Business users can permanently delete their ARCBIZ login and applicable associated workspace data through Delete Account in ARCBIZ. Delete Account is different from Reset Book, does not create a 30-day recovery snapshot, and does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
