Rules and conditions for using ARCBIZ.

Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Velorian Corporation ("ARCBIZ," "we," "us," or "our") concerning ARCBIZ. By creating an account, selecting the required signup agreement, purchasing a subscription, or using ARCBIZ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to comply with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use ARCBIZ.
Eligibility
You may use ARCBIZ only if you can legally enter into this agreement and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. If you use ARCBIZ for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and that the organization is responsible for use of the service through its account.
The service
ARCBIZ provides software tools for recording, organizing, viewing, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting financial and accounting information. Features may differ by Personal or Business account, package, platform, country, or release. ARCBIZ is a recordkeeping software service and is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, lender, investment adviser, tax preparer, or accounting firm.
Your account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, securing devices used to access ARCBIZ, and activity performed through your account. You may not share access in a way that permits unauthorized use or attempt to access another user’s account, workspace, or data. Notify the published ARCBIZ support channel promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
Your information and records
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, classification, ownership, legality, and appropriate backup or export of information you enter, import, upload, or generate through ARCBIZ. You should review important records and reports before relying on them for tax, filing, payment, business, credit, legal, or other decisions. ARCBIZ calculations and classifications depend on the information supplied and the features used.
Not professional advice
ARCBIZ is software and does not provide or replace professional accounting, tax, legal, investment, banking, credit, insurance, or financial advice. Reports, budgets, reminders, categories, balances, summaries, and other outputs are informational tools. You remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate and for complying with laws, filing requirements, tax rules, contracts, and payment obligations applicable to you.
Scheduled transactions and reminders
An ARCBIZ scheduled transaction is an instruction for ARCBIZ to create a record inside the ARCBIZ ledger at the selected time when the scheduling feature is available. Unless a future feature expressly states otherwise, ARCBIZ does not send, withdraw, transfer, or settle money at your bank, card issuer, lender, merchant, payroll provider, or other financial institution. Reminders and notifications are convenience features only and may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. You remain responsible for actual payments, receipts, due dates, account balances, overdrafts, fees, and external financial activity.
Plans and feature access
Personal plans may include Starter, Starter Ad-Free, Basic, and Pro. Starter is designed as a free plan with package limits and advertising when advertising is enabled. Starter Ad-Free provides the same Starter feature limits without ads while the subscription is active. Basic and Pro provide the features shown on the current plan-selection screen. Package features, limits, and availability shown before purchase are part of the applicable offer and may be changed prospectively as permitted by law and marketplace rules.
Basic and Pro trials
Eligible users may receive a 15-day trial of Basic or Pro as displayed before enrollment. The same ARCBIZ account does not receive a second paid-tier trial unless ARCBIZ expressly offers another promotion. Before a trial that converts to a paid subscription begins, ARCBIZ will display the trial duration, the price and billing period that apply after the trial, the automatic-renewal terms, and how to cancel. If the marketplace requires payment authorization to begin the trial, the applicable marketplace terms also apply. Cancel before the marketplace’s stated deadline if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
Subscriptions, renewal, and billing
Starter Ad-Free, Basic, and Pro are intended to be offered as monthly auto-renewing subscriptions at the prices displayed in ARCBIZ and by the applicable marketplace. Current planned U.S. prices are $1.99/month for Starter Ad-Free, $4.99/month for Basic, and $9.99/month for Pro, subject to marketplace pricing, taxes, localization, promotions, and future changes disclosed before they take effect. An auto-renewing subscription continues and the marketplace may charge the applicable payment method each billing period until canceled. The purchase screen and marketplace confirmation control the final price, trial eligibility, renewal date, taxes, and billing terms for a particular purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace must be managed or canceled through the applicable marketplace unless ARCBIZ expressly provides another authorized method. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while paid access continues through the end of the current paid period, subject to marketplace rules and applicable law. Refund eligibility is determined by the marketplace and applicable law unless Velorian Corporation expressly states otherwise. Deleting the ARCBIZ account does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription, so users should cancel any active subscription through the marketplace before or when deleting their account.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrade and downgrade timing, credits, charges, and effective dates may be controlled by the applicable marketplace. When a Personal user downgrades, ARCBIZ is designed to preserve existing accounting history rather than delete it solely because of the downgrade. Features and records above the new plan’s limits may become locked, read-only, paused, or unavailable for new activity until the required plan is active again. For Starter account limits, accounts above the permitted package limit may remain viewable but locked for new transactions. Pro scheduled automation may stop and remain view-only after loss of Pro access. The plan-selection screen will describe the package access that applies.
Advertising
The Starter plan may display advertising when ARCBIZ advertising is enabled. Paid Starter Ad-Free, Basic, and Pro plans are intended to be ad-free while the applicable entitlement remains active. Advertising practices are also governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable platform consent and privacy requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not use ARCBIZ unlawfully; interfere with its security, integrity, availability, or operation; attempt unauthorized access; bypass package, authentication, authorization, or row-level security controls; probe or exploit the service; introduce malicious code; use automated means that unreasonably burden the service; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use ARCBIZ to facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
Software and intellectual property
ARCBIZ, its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Velorian Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, ARCBIZ grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ARCBIZ for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse engineer ARCBIZ except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits such a restriction.
Third-party and marketplace services
ARCBIZ depends on third-party infrastructure and may interact with Apple, Google, Supabase, device operating systems, or other providers. Their services, availability, billing systems, and terms are outside Velorian Corporation’s direct control. Your use of those third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Reset Book
Reset Book clears the active eligible Personal Book while keeping the ARCBIZ login account. A protected recovery snapshot may be available for up to 30 days. Reset Book is not the same as deleting the ARCBIZ account. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and understanding which active records will be cleared.
Account deletion
Delete Account is intended to permanently delete the ARCBIZ account and applicable associated data through the protected deletion process, subject to limited retention required or permitted by law. It is separate from Reset Book and does not create a recovery snapshot. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app marketplace.
Availability, maintenance, and changes
ARCBIZ may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, internet or infrastructure failures, security events, platform changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Velorian Corporation may maintain, patch, update, improve, suspend, discontinue, or modify ARCBIZ or particular features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, platform requirements, abuse prevention, or product development. We aim to preserve accounting integrity and existing history when changing accounting behavior. Material changes to paid subscription benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.
No warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCBIZ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Velorian Corporation DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ARCBIZ WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY ACCOUNTING, TAX, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Velorian Corporation AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ARCBIZ. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Velorian Corporation’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ARCBIZ WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ARCBIZ FOR ARCBIZ DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING RIGHTS THAT APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW MAKES NON-WAIVABLE.
Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use ARCBIZ on behalf of a business or organization, that business or organization will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velorian Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use of ARCBIZ, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights by information or materials supplied through that organizational account. This provision does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Termination and suspension
You may stop using ARCBIZ at any time and may use available account-deletion controls. Velorian Corporation may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, marketplace entitlement changes, or material violations of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination does not erase obligations or rights that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related rights.
Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the U.S. state in which Velorian Corporation has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the law where you reside provides mandatory rights or a different governing-law rule that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as ARCBIZ, applicable law, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. The current version will remain available inside ARCBIZ and will be published on the official ARCBIZ website before public release.
